These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) apply to all clients (“Client”) who purchase the Website in a Week (“WIAW”) service from goodvillage Co., LLC dba goodvillage (“goodvillage” or "goodvillage co." or “Agency”).
By submitting payment—whether selecting the Pay in Full option or the Payment Plan—the Client acknowledges, understands, and agrees to these Terms of Service.
Services
The Agency will provide the Website in a Week service as outlined on the sales page and/or invoice associated with the Client’s purchase. This includes the deliverables, timeline, inclusions, and limitations described on the booking page at the time of purchase.
Any additional requests outside the defined scope will require a separate agreement and may result in additional fees.
Payment Options & Financial Terms
We impose a surcharge on credit cards that is not greater than our cost of acceptance.
A. Pay in Full – $2,700
Clients who select the Pay in Full option will submit one payment of $2,700 at the time of booking.
Of this payment, $900 is a non-refundable deposit that secures the Client’s project week and reserves Agency time and resources.
The remaining $1,800 is refundable only if the Client cancels at least 7 business days before the scheduled project week. Once the project week begins, no portion of the payment is refundable.
B. Payment Plan – 3 Payments of $935
Clients who select the Payment Plan agree to:
Failure to submit required payments on time may delay the project or result in suspension of work.
C. Non-Refundable Deposits (Summary)
To secure a Website in a Week project week:
These deposits reserve the Agency’s time and resources and prevent the scheduled week from being booked by another client.

Client Response Times
